📋 Description

• Own day-to-day pricing support for individual deals, including researching prior deal history and terms to inform quoting • Own quote strategy and quote requests while communicating with sales, deal desk, and leadership stakeholders • Support structuring and defending non-standard deal terms and reviewing strategic or large deals • Analyze supply and demand by therapeutic area and launch stage to set and adjust pricing • Build, own, and maintain inventory-based dynamic pricing models • Serve as subject-matter expert and administrator for DealHub CPQ platform • Translate new business-model logic into DealHub configuration and deploy changes as models evolve • Train sellers on DealHub, resolve platform issues, and drive system adoption and improvement • Execute cross-product pricing analyses and optimization initiatives • Build, maintain, and enhance pricing KPI dashboards • Analyze pricing performance across Ascend, Pulse, and Spark and surface strategic findings • Own HubSpot/CRM data cleanliness and hygiene for pricing fields and deal data • Support finance reporting and ad hoc operational requests • Help enforce pricing adherence in proposals, SOWs, and contracts • Support approval workflows, discount rules, and deal review

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative, business, or related field; advanced degree a plus • 5+ years of direct experience in pricing, monetization, or related roles, ideally supporting or structuring enterprise deal pricing and quoting in a deal desk or sales-facing pricing capacity; OR strong analytical experience with demonstrated ability to partner effectively with sales teams, even without direct pricing experience • Hands-on ownership of a CPQ or pricing platform supporting a multi-million dollar book of business, including configuring pricing logic, training end users, and driving adoption • Strong quantitative background with direct experience building supply-and-demand or inventory-based dynamic pricing models • Advanced Excel skills • Experience owning CRM data hygiene • Track record operating autonomously as the final point of accountability for pricing systems and data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to train sales teams directly and translate technical pricing logic for non-technical, cross-functional stakeholders
