📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery on complex client implementations, including SQL DataMarts, custom pipelines, Martech Recipes, Attribution, and DataPrep • Build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools, scripting, and modern data stack • Troubleshoot and resolve production data pipeline issues, including direct client-facing escalations • Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions • Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture decisions and client data requirements • Contribute to SOPs and documentation for transformation processes

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to automate analytics or data workflows, including Claude Code, prompt engineering, and agentic coding • Ability to use AI tools to accelerate development, write tests, optimize complex problems, and ship faster • Ability to build and scale a reliable AI agent • Product ownership mindset; able to take a problem end-to-end with minimal hand-holding • Strong SQL skills required • dbt or similar transformation-tooling experience strongly preferred • Hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse • Experience troubleshooting production data pipelines and resolving data quality issues • Marketing or revenue data domain experience • Availability to work full US Eastern Time (ET) hours • Python for data processing and automation (nice to have) • Experience working directly with clients on technical requirements (nice to have) • BI tools such as Superset for operational reporting (nice to have)
