📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap across IMS’s proprietary tool suite spanning jury consulting, litigation surveys, expert witness search, trial graphics, and medical-legal consulting • Lead platform modernization and consolidation of legacy and acquired-company tools into a coherent, scalable user experience • Define and track product KPIs and connect them to EBITDA impact and growth-velocity metrics • Establish and lead product operating cadence, including roadmap reviews, quarterly planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and cross-functional prioritization • Own the product management lifecycle using modern Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence • Partner with data and engineering leaders to translate proprietary case outcome data into AI-powered capabilities • Ensure data is structured, governed, and production-ready for scalable AI/ML products and reliable product analytics • Define product requirements and success criteria for data quality, model inputs, and AI/ML features • Lead execution of proprietary AI/ML-driven matching technology • Establish a product management operating model for a hybrid employee/affiliate delivery organization • Evaluate product strategy, product-market fit, technology capabilities, integration complexity, and roadmap implications during acquisition due diligence • Lead product integration planning for acquired technologies and develop build-vs-buy-vs-integrate recommendations • Define product requirements supporting international expansion initiatives • Represent internal and external legal-services users as the voice of the customer • Identify manual workflows suitable for automation, translate them into product requirements, and measure business impact • Identify product opportunities to improve pricing efficiency and maximize gross margin • Develop roadmap updates, business cases, executive communications, board decks, QBR materials, and investment thesis reviews • Partner with the CTO on the technology roadmap and align product priorities with platform modernization and AI/data infrastructure investments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading product for B2B SaaS platforms or talent marketplaces in professional services, legal technology, financial services, expert networks, recruiting, or another regulated/enterprise vertical • Demonstrated experience integrating products following M&A or consolidating disparate platforms • Experience establishing product management processes and operating rhythms in a growing organization • Experience with roadmap planning, Agile delivery, release management, and cross-functional governance • Experience as an early or foundational product leader • Experience with modern cross-functional Agile tooling and practices • Experience serving law firms or corporate legal departments as B2B software end users • Understanding of trial preparation and litigation workflows • Familiarity with confidentiality, privilege, client-conflict, and data-security considerations in legal industry data • Proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing product teams • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration • Direct experience in litigation support, jury consulting, legal technology, or an adjacent legal-services domain strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a senior product leadership role • Working fluency in AI/ML product development, including RAG, NLP, and predictive/classification modeling • Cloud platform fluency with AWS, Azure, or GCP • API and integration architecture experience • Familiarity with vendor/partner AI model evaluation, including LLM selection and cost/latency/accuracy trade-offs • Experience with usage analytics and product telemetry instrumentation • Experience with litigation-specific data privacy/security frameworks, including protective orders, eDiscovery handling, and chain-of-custody requirements • Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment • Ability to communicate accurately through phone, video conferencing, email, chat, and other virtual tools • Ability to maintain a reliable, confidential remote work environment with appropriate protection of company and client information • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
