📋 Description

• Provide functional support for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials, focusing on AP, PO, and GL modules • Perform data mapping and analyze data flows between PeopleSoft and integrated systems • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and integration-related issues • Work with business stakeholders and testing teams to validate functionality and resolve defects • Analyze existing PeopleSoft configurations and adapt to the City of Seattle's environment • Support functional testing, issue resolution, and business process improvements • Collaborate with project team members to complete assigned deliverables • Support an Accounts Payable automation project for the City of Seattle

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on functional experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing (PO), and General Ledger (GL) modules • Experience with data mapping, data flows, and functional troubleshooting • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience supporting testing activities and resolving functional defects • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to quickly understand existing system configurations and business processes • 3+ years of PeopleSoft functional experience • Experience with AP automation, system integrations, or invoice processing workflows • Familiarity with OCR-based invoice processing and automated workflows • Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and QA teams • Any visa permitted; no H1B transfer; C2C or W2 accepted

• Part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week (0.5 FTE) • Remote work arrangement • Contract duration anticipated through May/June 2027
