📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive virtual care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions • Work closely with provider and support teams • Conduct age-appropriate histories and virtual exams • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions across the lifespan • Order and interpret diagnostic tests • Develop and document timely, accurate treatment plans • Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients • Request consultations or referrals when appropriate • Counsel and educate patients and families • Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care • Provide cross-coverage, including reviewing lab results • Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program • Prior graduation from an accredited nursing school • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure • Current national Family Nurse Practitioner certification through AANP or ANCC • Active RN compact license • Active multi-state licensure • Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings • Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations • Ability to function within an integrated medical practice • Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions • Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records • Maintain active Medicare status and good standing with Medicare/Medicaid • Not excluded from participation in federal health programs • Prior telemedicine or video-based virtual care experience preferred • Experience with Athena EMR preferred
