📋 Description

• Operate, scale, and evolve production Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure with emphasis on reliability, observability, and automation • Build and maintain Terraform and Helm Charts for consistency and repeatability across environments • Implement and maintain fast, secure, developer-friendly CI/CD pipelines • Lead incidents, conduct blameless post-incident learning, and deliver durable root-cause fixes • Improve monitoring and alerting to reduce noise and on-call burnout • Partner with security on secrets management, access controls, network boundaries, and audit-ready compliance controls • Automate and document operational workflows to improve developer experience • Participate in the team’s weekly 24x7 on-call rotation, respond promptly, escalate cleanly, and own customer-impacting issues through resolution • Partner with software engineers, security, and leadership to improve platform speed, safety, and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles • Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production • Deep familiarity with at least one major cloud provider; AWS strongly preferred • Proven depth in Infrastructure as Code; Terraform and Helm Charts are essential • Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD systems at scale • Strong Linux fundamentals and real production debugging skills • Comfortable with a weekly 24x7 on-call rotation and required responsiveness • Nice to have: experience operating MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other stateful systems in production • Nice to have: familiarity with security tooling, certificate management, or compliance frameworks • Nice to have: background in SaaS operations or environments with uptime, security, or regulatory stakes • Nice to have: track record of improving developer experience through tooling and automation
