📋 Description

• Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions, with a focus on Sales (SD) processes • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve user incidents and requests • Support end users, ensuring business process continuity and improvement • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and solution enhancements • Collaborate with other teams and SAP modules to resolve cross-functional requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud • Strong English skills to conduct meetings and work in an international environment • Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes • Availability to work during European hours (6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Brasília time) • Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship skills • Knowledge of or experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management) — preferred
