📋 Description

• Manage a productive workload and achieve meaningful results • Place outbound calls to patients to obtain consent sign-off allowing InfuSystem to bill for services rendered • Obtain consents for all InfuSystem service lines • Place outbound calls to recover InfuSystem-owned or allocated medical devices, including infusion pumps, pain infusion pumps, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy devices • Document detailed information obtained from outbound device or consent recovery calls • Serve as a liaison between patients, customer service, and revenue cycle • Meet InfuSystem productivity and quality standards • Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned • Represent InfuSystem’s core values and maintain professionalism

• 2-3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry • Medical terminology, required • Strong listening skills • Excellent communication skills • Critical thinking skills • Ability to handle stressful situations • Capacity to function independently • Ability to document meticulously • Ability to manage time and workload effectively • Strong work ethic • Sound judgment • Proven written and verbal communication skills • Natural curiosity to pursue issues and increase expertise • Ability to collaborate effectively and work selflessly as part of a team • Required schedule may include limited weekend coverage
