📋 Description

• Collect and verify position-specific credentialing information using appropriate primary sources. • Review files for completeness, accuracy, consistency, work history, education, hospital privileges, and references. • Ensure credentialing files meet Joint Commission standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. • Upload, maintain, and update provider and employee data in a secure credentialing database in compliance with federal and state regulations. • Generate and provide reports or data summaries to department staff as needed. • Communicate regularly with providers, provider office staff, and internal teams to obtain information and provide status updates. • Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding the credentialing and verification process. • Perform additional duties assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma. • College degree preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Prior credentialing or verification experience preferred.
