📋 Description

• Lead and support all aspects of program implementation, maintenance, and/or expansion • Probe, clarify, and determine clients’ needs to develop effective solutions • Communicate status updates to clients throughout implementation and the life of the program • Schedule and facilitate status calls according to program needs • Ensure all client needs are met with a high degree of quality • Create and maintain reports and analysis/insights • Provide accurate and timely invoicing and track costs against client budget • Author and maintain client-specific SOPs and Work Instructions • Provide ad-hoc proposals and pricing as needed • Schedule and spearhead periodic business reviews • Lead the annual contract renewal process when applicable • Strategize and collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify efficiencies and offer creative solutions • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work related experience • 3-5 years client or project management, or related experience preferred • 3-5 years pharmaceutical experience preferred • 3-5 years contact center experience preferred • Must be highly organized, with solid relationship building skills • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills • Proposal writing and pricing experience a plus • Excellent with Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Excel and Power Point • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as customer service and negotiation skills • Ability to travel as necessary or required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
