📋 Description

• Provide inbound or outbound non-promotional disease-state educational support to identified customers • Provide therapy and medical device product education, including supplemental injection, infusion, and inhalation training support or technique • Present virtual educational programs to healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and other identified customers • Conduct outbound medication adherence support to patients and caregivers • Enroll patients and caregivers in educational seminars and provide resources for local community resources or centers of care • Collect demographic data and disposition for product, sample, reimbursement services, and literature fulfillment • Maintain excellent quality and customer service while adhering to program talking points or scripts • Use live video conferencing software and client-specific websites as applicable • Use only approved materials provided by Inizio or the client • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers • Facilitate development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors • Complete administrative responsibilities, including daily computer updates, weekly activity reports, emails, and time reporting • Attend required local and national meetings or conferences • Maintain company equipment and materials • Perform other requested duties

🎯 Requirements

• Current US RN License • Associates Degree / Bachelors/BSN or equivalent work related experience • Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a specific disease state or related field • Demonstrate effective and professional communication • Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voice • Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology • Demonstrable organizational skills • A self-starter with high personal motivation • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly • Must have stable, reliable, high speed home internet • Must have a designated separate home office space that is quiet and away from distractions • Must complete required training courses and competency assessments to the required standard and within the specified timeframe • Must comply with company and client policies and procedures
