📋 Description

• Provide inbound or outbound non-promotional disease-state educational support to identified customers • Conduct outbound medication-adherence support for patients and/or caregivers, including evenings and weekends as needed • Collect demographic data and disposition for reimbursement services and literature fulfillment • Maintain excellent quality and customer service while following program talking points or call guides • Use live video conferencing software and client-specific websites as applicable • Use only approved materials provided by Inizio or the client • Complete required training courses and competency assessments • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers • Facilitate development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors • Identify innovative approaches that may develop new partnership opportunities • Complete administrative responsibilities, including computer updates, activity reports, emails, and time reporting • Attend meetings and conferences to stay informed and exchange knowledge • Maintain company equipment and materials • Perform other duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Current US healthcare professional license: RN • Associates Degree/Bachelors/BSN • Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Neurology, sleep disorder • Effective and professional communication • Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voice • Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology • Demonstrable organizational skills • Self-starter with high personal motivation • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Ability to attend local and national meetings and/or conferences as required • Must comply with Inizio and Client policies and procedures
