📋 Description

• Recruit primarily non-exempt Customer Service positions, with occasional exempt-position recruiting • Deliver daily hire targets established weekly for assigned roles • Execute full-cycle recruiting efforts • Post open roles, review resumes, screen, assess, and interview candidates • Coordinate interviews with candidates and Operations leadership • Create or leverage an organic local candidate pipeline • Partner with the Site Director or Hiring Leader • Ensure W2-hire background checks and drug tests are completed after offers • Review pending background checks and drug tests daily • Complete UltiPro post-hire verification steps • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the candidate journey

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional recruiting experience; full-cycle preferred • Ability to work independently with little supervision • Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, multitasking, and stress-management abilities • Creative, resourceful, nimble, energetic, passionate, persistent, and positive approach • Strong service orientation toward clients and internal partners • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Curiosity and aptitude for learning and understanding quickly • Must provide own devices, including phone, computer, and internet connection • Must complete recruiting activities using Inktel's processes and tools
