📋 Description

• Work closely with clients through regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering • Help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards • Configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows • Work directly in client libraries to ensure they are accurate, complete, and production-ready • Provide one-on-one training and support for Toolbox and Engineering libraries • Collaborate with the Content Creation team on training materials and documentation • Adapt support for clients at different technical skill levels • Maintain communication throughout onboarding and validation • Document progress, issues, and fixes • Diagnose and resolve library setup, configuration, and usage issues • Develop practical solutions to improve engineering workflow accuracy and efficiency • Share client feedback and recurring issues with development and content teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork • Hands-on experience with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or another AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tool • Solid understanding of engineering libraries, including configuration, validation, and maintenance • Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to users with varying technical skill levels • Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely • Strong organization and time management skills • Ability to manage several client engagements simultaneously • Patience and empathy with clients • Willingness to measure success by client results
