📋 Description

• Manage technology infrastructure, including servers, switches, firewalls, and Windows servers • Administer the Microsoft 365 suite, focusing on collaboration services • Manage Azure AD and SAML integrations and optimize M365 capabilities • Design, implement, and optimize data architecture for efficient and secure data storage and retrieval • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data management strategies • Support security operations by managing files and permissions within the Microsoft tenant • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems to minimize downtime • Implement security measures and best practices to protect organizational data and systems • Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration procedures, and troubleshooting guides • Track industry trends and emerging technologies to improve system administration processes and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant experience considered on a year-for-year basis • 6+ years in systems administration, focused on technology infrastructure and Microsoft 365 applications • Strong knowledge of M365 collaboration services, including SharePoint, Teams including Voice, and OneDrive • Proficiency in data architecture principles • Hands-on experience with firewalls, servers, storage, Windows servers, and M365 • In-depth understanding of security principles and practices, especially file and permissions management in a Microsoft tenant • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and IT service management frameworks • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Certifications are a plus • Florida applicants must complete a background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
