📋 Description

• Lead client AI initiatives from discovery through production deployment • Partner with clients to identify high-impact Generative AI use cases and evaluate data readiness • Build proof-of-concept applications and live demonstrations that validate AI use cases and communicate business value • Translate discovery findings and business requirements into technical specifications, architecture recommendations, and implementation plans • Design and implement production-ready Generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, and foundation models • Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases • Develop AI agents and multi-agent orchestration systems • Create conversational AI interfaces with natural language understanding, intent detection, and context management • Implement prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and fine-tuning strategies • Present assessment recommendations and POC results to client teams • Provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices • Document architecture decisions, code, and deployment suggestions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud-native development • 2+ years of hands-on AWS experience with production deployments • 1+ years of direct Generative AI experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and agents • AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Machine Learning Specialty, or Developer Associate are preferred • Background in healthcare, financial services, or regulated industries with knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or SOC 2 is preferred • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published technical content are preferred • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and data isolation patterns is preferred • Knowledge of AI workload cost optimization strategies is preferred • Familiarity with React or Angular for AI-powered UIs is preferred • Proven track record delivering production AI applications from concept to deployment • Experience conducting technical discovery, assessment work, stakeholder workshops, and use-case identification • Ability to build POCs and live demonstrations for non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions • Passion for Generative AI and current knowledge of LLMs, agents, and AI frameworks
