• Own your territory and schedule — this is a true field sales role • Conduct 8–12 in-person agency visits/day , 4 days per week • Prospect, qualify, and close new business (outbound first) • Deliver product value with clarity, confidence, and business impact • Maintain activity, pipeline, and conversion tracking in HubSpot • Travel to industry events, trade shows, and conferences
• 5–7 years of business development or outside sales experience (insurance, financial services, field sales, or related) • Proven ability to generate your own leads and close without MQLs • Familiarity with insurance agents or small business B2B buyers is a strong plus • High outbound tolerance — comfortable cold calling, walking in, and handling objections • Self-motivated, confident communicator with sharp time management • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRMs (HubSpot a plus)
• Competitive base + commission (uncapped) • Travel required: In-field 4 days/week + regional/national industry events
