📋 Description

• Ensure operational readiness and accuracy of software through manual testing • Create efficient test case scenarios • Document and communicate test results with the team and stakeholders • Provide technical support • Collaborate on bug reports • Perform manual quality assurance testing • Support software applications across the Software Development Lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software testing • Strong knowledge of IT • Mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle • Excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Manual quality assurance testing experience • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Jira, and Postman • Experience in SaaS software is a plus • Bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable degree, or equivalent experience preferred • Ability to provide technical support • Ability to create clear testing documentation • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Service-oriented mindset • Problem-solving skills
