📋 Description

• Participate as part of a service delivery team in client technology upgrades and projects, including cloud migrations, complete network upgrades, network infrastructure design, GSuite/Office 365/Azure/AWS/Dropbox migrations and implementations, and adoption of new products • Participate in regular meetings with network/server engineers and helpdesk technicians to discuss issues, technologies, case studies, roadblocks, and outstanding incidents • Work with IT Support Specialists and IT Managers to communicate issues, project milestones, and recommendations to client management • Research, test, and develop solutions for corporate IT and clients • Participate in sales and strategy meetings with existing and potential clients • Contribute to knowledge management and develop maintenance policies for each client • Monitor and respond to alerts from the automated network monitoring system • Participate in departmental meetings, resource deployment, and coordination of engineering tasks • Work with IT Managers to drive innovation for end users

🎯 Requirements

• MSP or multi-client service experience • Ability to work with business and technical-minded people to plan and execute project timelines and deliverables • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and procedures • Knowledge of Windows Server and Workstation operating systems, Exchange, IIS, SQL, terminal server, Xen/VMware or similar virtualization technology, Google Apps, Dropbox, and Citrix • Experience managing 30+ servers, monitoring systems, helpdesk systems, and system efficiencies • Detail-oriented analytical and research skills • Passion for improving technology solutions • Ability to multitask across clients, industries, and technologies while maintaining professionalism and composure • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Engineering, or Computer Science, and/or equivalent work experience • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support/management role
