📋 Description

• Own the As-Is and To-Be Enterprise Architecture connecting mission outcomes with transformed supply chain processes, data, applications, cloud infrastructure, and AI capabilities • Lead application portfolio rationalization and legacy-system modernization transition planning • Architect and build ETL/ELT pipelines and perform database administration for legacy supply chain and contracting data • Design and implement AI-ready data foundations, semantic layers, and vector data stores • Operationalize model training, evaluation, inference, retrieval-augmented generation, and model-grounding pipelines • Support installation, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting of the application platform stack in AWS GovCloud and Linux environments • Maintain end-to-end technical continuity across program phases • Configure operational roles, AI agent workflows, and Supply Operations Center dashboards • Address technical execution gaps in data modeling, Linux administration, API integration, and cloud networking • Partner with ISSE/ISSO teams on architecture models, interface control documents, system boundaries, and IATT/IATO/ATO submissions • Carry out other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Current or ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance • Must be a U.S. citizen and meet the 13 adjudicative guidelines for security clearance • 12+ years of progressive IT/systems experience • 6+ years in a dedicated Enterprise Architecture role • 3+ years leading an Enterprise Architecture practice, Center of Excellence, or technical delivery team • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field • Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification or higher, or ability to obtain it within the first two weeks of the start date • Current certification in at least one operating system/Linux certification: RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Linux+, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator • Hands-on application portfolio rationalization and legacy system modernization experience in federal or DoD environments • Experience with EACOE/BACOE, TOGAF, Zachman, or DoDAF enterprise architecture frameworks • Database administration and enterprise ETL/ELT data pipeline experience • Experience with data products and semantic knowledge layers • Experience with massively parallel processing data warehouses such as Yellowbrick, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Teradata, or Greenplum • Experience architecting and integrating AI/ML workflows, including AWS SageMaker, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic AI, and vector databases • Hands-on AWS GovCloud architecture and deployment experience • Experience with AWS SageMaker, AWS Glue, Amazon API Gateway, S3, EC2, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Amazon Linux • Eastern Time Zone residence or ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours preferred • Mendix or similar low-code platform familiarity preferred • NAVSUP, Navy, DoD supply chain/logistics, weapon-systems sustainment, or Fleet readiness experience preferred • TOGAF 9/10, Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect, or EACOE certification preferred • Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field preferred • DoDAF architecture experience preferred
