📋 Description

• Own key Order Quality design initiatives end-to-end across multiple concurrent consumer and shopper projects • Become the go-to domain expert for Order Quality and maintain continuity across active and approved workstreams • Partner with 3+ product managers on product strategy and scalable solutions • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide thorough, accurate, and actionable execution-level handoff • Navigate strategic discussions and detailed execution work, including Figma flows, polish passes, and design systems collaboration • Build cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, research, data science, and brand • Represent Order Quality design in critiques, reviews, and stakeholder presentations, including presentations to Product and Design leadership • Apply modern AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile • Portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-step product journeys and measurable outcomes • Ability to own work end-to-end from problem framing and zero-to-one concept development through execution and delivery • Experience working across multiple complex problem spaces simultaneously with multiple product and engineering teams • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to cross-functional partners and senior/executive stakeholders • Fluency in Figma • Ability to produce high-fidelity flows, interaction design, and design system-aligned UI • Curiosity and enthusiasm for design craft and AI tools • Preferred: experience in e-commerce, grocery, marketplace, or logistics products • Preferred: experience designing for multi-sided marketplace platforms • Preferred: experience in larger corporate or agency environments • Preferred: comfort working within and improving established design language systems
