📋 Description

• Create initial treatment schedules with patients and families and adjust appointments as needed • Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails addressing patient and family questions or concerns • Manage administrative tasks for the care team, including rescheduling, medical record requests, patient transitions, and coordination activities • Build supportive relationships with patients, families, and the care team • Help ensure seamless, timely access to specialty anxiety and OCD care

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably including scheduling • Experience in a patient-facing or provider-facing role • Proven ability to build relationships in a virtual setting • Excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to complete tasks quickly and follow established workflows accurately and efficiently • Ability to adapt to a quickly-changing environment • Proactive problem-solving approach focused on root causes and potential solutions • Comfort navigating multiple technology systems and tools simultaneously
