📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic instructional partner for multi-school partners and drive instructional improvement • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through execution • Serve as the primary point of contact for school and system leaders • Lead instructional diagnosis and planning and coach school and system leaders • Support system-level leaders with coherence, role clarity, and instructional strategy across schools • Manage relationships and contract renewal strategy for partners • Coordinate multiple content specialists to deliver content- and curriculum-specific training and support • Diagnose systemic conditions and instructional practices in ELA and math • Develop actionable improvement plans and facilitate strategic planning • Build leaders’ capacity in change management and continuous improvement • Facilitate adult learning experiences and coach leaders • Manage multiple school system contracts, deliverables, project plans, and progress monitoring • Coordinate content specialist services and provide feedback and development support • Lead contract renewals and communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Align team strategy with organizational vision and build team culture and well-being

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience • 3+ years as a school system or building-level leader • Expert ability to diagnose instruction across ELA and math • Ability to analyze professional learning conditions and create actionable improvement plans • Mastery in strengthening instructional leadership among system- and school-level leaders • Ability to set clear role expectations and build sustainable system-wide professional learning conditions • Skill in leading complex, multi-system contracts, deliverables, progress monitoring, and renewal strategy • Ability to coordinate multiple Content Specialists across several school system partners • Advanced ability to build and sustain strategic advisory relationships with senior school system leaders • Ability to travel up to 60% nationally • Legal authorization to work in the United States
