📋 Description

• Identify problems in Intapp’s target industries through internal and client-facing discovery • Define solution blueprints and Celeste playbooks using Intapp products • Develop solutions through assessments, cataloging, and use-case definition • Own, configure, and maintain best-practice configuration blueprints for scalable deployment • Own and deliver quarterly roadmaps for blueprints • Maintain feedback loops and roadmap synchronization with product management • Shape future product direction through product-team collaboration • Ensure client-facing teams are prepared to deliver effective solutions and client experiences • Provide tactical field support to sales, pre-sales, services, client success, and support teams • Gather feedback and support usage of Intapp solutions • Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape, relevant industries, and industry products and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience • 5+ years of relevant experience in a services, pre-sales, client success, or similar technical, client-facing role at an enterprise software company • Product management experience is a benefit • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and needs into client-facing applications • Strong and proven presentation skills in high-pressure situations with senior participants • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Technically adept in configuring applications
