📋 Description

• Support all operations associates and operational functions • Oversee order processing, estimating, purchasing, logistics, people management and development, and customer service • Oversee all operations and ensure necessary supplies and materials are ordered • Partner with the scheduling team to keep schedules current and aligned with available installation teams • Review jobs with Sales, Purchasing, and Scheduling teams to verify materials and manpower • Certify scheduled items, determine billability, and verify procedures for payment • Maintain relationships with builders and design companies • Own P&L responsibility • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proven history as a team leader • Successful history in managing branch operations • Knowledge of the construction industry • Experience with RFMS is a plus • Bilingual experience preferred but not required (English/Spanish) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates, and co-workers • Ability to proactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problem areas, conflicts, and issues • Sound and accurate judgment and timely decision-making • Strong organizational skills for tracking ordering and production information • Working knowledge of internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet, word processing, and order processing systems
