📋 Description

• Perform and train on major component replacements and repair services across the Invenergy fleet • Ensure operations and maintenance activities are performed safely according to Invenergy policies and procedures • Travel away from home for four-week intervals and return home for one week off • Represent Invenergy and the Field Service Group to internal and external parties • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults across multiple equipment platforms • Train site personnel on safety, preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and the Operations Support System • Lead teams performing major component replacements and repairs across multiple equipment platforms and component manufacturers • Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems • Understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic functions of multiple equipment platforms • Perform equipment and site inspections and compile reports • Complete daily and monthly reporting requirements • Write and revise procedures and documents for component replacements

🎯 Requirements

• One (1) year technical experience (mechanical, electrical, etc.) and/or technical education • High School diploma or equivalent • Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather • Ability to climb ladders without assistance • Ability to move and manipulate up to 45 kg (100 lbs.) • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Ability to work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet) • Weight must not exceed 120 kg (265 lbs.) excluding equipment/gear worn when performing job-related tasks • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future • Must receive a negative drug test result before beginning work • Two (2) years technical experience and/or technical education related to renewable energy systems (preferred) • Strong interest and understanding of electrical and mechanical systems (preferred) • Experience in multiple platforms (strongly preferred) • Ability to effectively use software systems to troubleshoot issues (preferred) • Ability to work safely with limited supervision (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferred) • Experience using Microsoft Office products (preferred)
