📋 Description

• Partner cross-functionally to build custom pricing and incentive proposals for major brands • Design portfolio-level pricing targets and deal-level guardrails that protect margin • Build and refine processes for pricing and approving large deals across teams • Analyze pricing trends across Square’s portfolio and the broader payments industry • Turn market analysis into recommendations • Present clear recommendations based on complex models to senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience • Advanced financial modeling skills, including building P&L and unit economics models from scratch • Sound commercial judgment when weighing growth, margin, and risk in a deal • Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and presenting analysis and recommendations that shape their decisions • Track record of owning projects end to end, from framing the question to implementing the decision • Habit of building repeatable systems rather than one-off answers • Comfort using AI tools to scale your work
