📋 Description

• Converse with language models on coding scenarios and theoretical programming questions • Verify code correctness and logical soundness • Capture reproducible error traces • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Challenge advanced language models across programming and software engineering topics • Document model failure modes to improve model reasoning

🎯 Requirements

• Software development and programming expertise • Knowledge of software engineering, algorithms, data structures, debugging, software architecture, version control, testing frameworks, and code optimization • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, functional programming paradigms, API design, concurrency, cloud-native development, and DevOps practices • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related field is ideal • Peer-reviewed publications, software development projects, or contributions to open source signal fit • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work” • Secure computer and high-speed internet • Geographic location affects the final offer rate
