📋 Description

• Provide outpatient therapy services to children and adolescents ages 3–19 • Diagnose and treat ADHD across developmental stages using standardized assessment tools and collateral gathering • Treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and disruptive behavior disorders • Deliver evidence-based behavioral treatments for ADHD, including parent management training, organizational skills training, and time-management interventions • Coach caregivers and coordinate care with schools and prescribing providers • Complete suicide risk assessments and safety plans • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatry and psychology experts • Provide care remotely through a Pennsylvania healthcare partner • Focus on patient care with administrative, licensing, credentialing, onboarding, and IT support

🎯 Requirements

• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania preferred, but not required • 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents post-independent licensure • 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week during EST hours, Monday–Friday • Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 3+ • Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and disruptive behavior disorders • Experience diagnosing ADHD across developmental stages • Familiarity with standardized assessment tools and collateral gathering • Proficiency in evidence-based behavioral treatments for ADHD, including parent management training, organizational skills training, and time-management interventions • Ability to coach caregivers and coordinate care with schools and prescribing providers • Ability to complete suicide risk assessments and safety plans • Successful completion of the ASWB examination for independent clinical licensure • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory • Preferred but not required: familiarity with ACT and DBT principles and integrated care settings
