📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans • Provide individual and family therapy to primarily adult patients, including lifespan care • Treat diagnoses including general mental health and SMI • Collaborate with psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and other support services • Provide virtual outpatient therapy through a Kansas-based partner • Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients scheduled per day • Conduct 60–90 minute initial evaluations and 30–60 minute follow-up appointments • Complete 1–2 hours of administrative work per week • Work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, including three days after 5 p.m. CST

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) • Active Kansas LSCSW license required • Active Kansas Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) license, or eligibility and willingness to obtain LCAC licensure, required • Experience working with patients with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health and substance use needs preferred • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week during CST hours • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels • Telehealth experience preferred • Familiarity with SmartCare is a plus • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory • Must have passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure • Independent LSCSW licensure must be valid and active in Kansas
