📋 Description

• Develop strategic roadmaps, market benchmarks, and executive dashboards to evaluate program trends and guide financial wellbeing initiatives • Direct weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget workflows for North American retirement plans (401(k), RRSP) and voluntary benefits • Provide expert oversight for plan funding, financial audits, government filings, and escalated appeals • Conduct market reviews and analyze vendor performance to drive cost-containment, streamline workflows, and enhance program delivery • Create presentation materials for leadership recommendations and educational content for employees • Shape the strategy, performance, and day-to-day oversight of North American retirement and financial wellbeing programs • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leaders to improve employee experience, operational excellence, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in benefits analysis, budget management, or plan administration within North American markets, with a focus on retirement and financial wellbeing • Strong knowledge of North American retirement plan governance, voluntary benefits, regulatory reporting, and financial budget modeling • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling using Excel and Google Sheets • Proficiency in Google Slides for executive presentation development • Exceptional collaboration and project management skills to manage complex priorities and communicate across matrixed teams
