📋 Description

• Lead and manage assigned software implementation projects from initiation through completion • Maintain clear and consistent client communication throughout the project lifecycle • Deliver projects within established KPIs, timelines, and budgets • Conduct post-sale client meetings to collect data, business information, and requirements • Build and maintain client relationships while managing scope, risks, and deliverables • Plan, organize, and coordinate multiple project initiatives and resources • Lead project meetings, provide status updates, maintain documentation, and contribute to executive-level reporting • Lead business-requirements sessions and recommend optimal solutions • Assess opportunities to leverage Insights AI and other AI-driven capabilities • Analyze current-state business processes and design future-state processes within Irth products • Identify process gaps, enhancement opportunities, and product or feature requirements • Translate business requirements into specifications for technical and development teams • Document requirements through SOWs, process-flow diagrams, wireframes, configuration documentation, and other artifacts • Customize and configure software systems based on client needs and approved requirements • Lead Train-the-Trainer system configuration and develop client-side subject matter experts • Demonstrate software functionality and provide guidance on capabilities, workflows, and best practices • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned implementation projects, including Insights AI projects • Apply underwriting and product knowledge to review content accuracy, business intent, and solution effectiveness • Partner with technical, product, and development teams on client enhancements and sprint activities • Establish communication cadences and development timelines or ETAs • Communicate timeline and ETA changes to stakeholders • Ensure user stories are accurately reflected in technical designs and development sprints • Coordinate prioritization and execution of client enhancements • Lead User Acceptance Testing activities and secure client sign-off • Provide implementation training and ongoing client guidance • Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolutions • Provide ongoing client support and ensure regulatory and business requirements continue to be met • Create and maintain project and process documentation, including SOWs, requirements, process flows, wireframes, flowcharts, configuration documentation, project plans, status reports, and UAT documentation • Incorporate risk identification and mitigation into project planning • Monitor progress, issues, dependencies, and adapt project plans • Conduct project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills • Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices and procedures • Familiarity with AI-driven or predictive analytics products such as Insights AI is a plus • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions • Self-starter with commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Proven ability to motivate others and build and maintain effective working relationships • Ability to apply experience and sound judgment to plan, prioritize, and accomplish goals
