📋 Description
• Support customers with financial accounts, retirement plans, and life insurance • Handle transactions carefully • Resolve customer issues across rotational shifts • Service customer accounts and financial transactions
🎯 Requirements
• 2–20 years of customer service experience in financial services, banking, retirement services, or life insurance • Hands-on experience with 401(k) and retirement plans • Experience servicing life insurance policies or products • Knowledge of investment products and the stock market, including equities and securities • Experience handling customer accounts and financial transactions • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills • Background check and fingerprint verification required • Availability for 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights
