📋 Description

• Make 120–200 outbound calls daily to prospective students from warm and cold lists • Conduct high-energy phone consultations to identify goals, build rapport, and recommend training programs • Manage the sales pipeline through a CRM using disciplined notes, tasks, and follow-ups • Close sales in short cycles ranging from same day to 7 days using ethical persuasion and student-first judgment • Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets • Collaborate with peers and leaders to improve scripts, objection handling, and conversion rates • Represent ISSA’s mission and brand with integrity and enthusiasm • Guide prospective students toward appropriate ISSA fitness education and certification programs

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of phone-based inside sales experience in a quota-driven environment • Ability to sustain high activity levels of 120–200+ dials per day • Experience with short-cycle or one-call closes from same day to 7 days • Comfort working shift-based schedules in a fully remote setup • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and empathy • Track record of hitting or exceeding individual sales targets • Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar • Ability to identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for efficiency and innovation • Preferred: B2C or consumer-style B2B sales experience • Preferred: outbound sales or lead follow-up campaign experience • Preferred: interest in fitness, health, or education industries • Preferred: prior ISSA certification or wellness-industry exposure • Must reside in an ISSA-eligible state: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin
