📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on build and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM solutions for federal customers • Build and configure CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management capabilities • Implement CSDM-aligned CMDB design, CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation rules, and CMDB Health • Deploy and configure MID Servers, credentials, schedules, IP ranges, discovery patterns, and cloud discovery • Define and maintain application service maps using top-down, tag-based, and custom patterns • Configure event connectors, sources, rules, field mappings, alert transformation, correlation, aggregation, and impact calculation • Automate alert-to-incident, notification, assignment, escalation, remediation, tracking, and closure workflows • Configure Operator Workspace, service health dashboards, Performance Analytics, and configurable CMDB, discovery, alert, and MTTR reporting • Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools, cloud providers, customer SSO, ITSM/ticketing, and reporting or data warehouse platforms • Plan and execute CMDB data population and migration • Support infrastructure, operations, and application stakeholders in validating environments, data sources, CI classes, and monitoring integrations • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and design reviews • Mentor junior developers and follow platform best practices • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and end-user adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 2+ years in a senior developer role • 2+ years implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management • Hands-on configuration and development experience across ITOM • Working knowledge of CSDM, CMDB Health, and IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments • Experience building integrations using IntegrationHub, Service Graph Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs • Experience executing CMDB data population and migration • Strong experience implementing ServiceNow data models, security models, and platform configuration • Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, and Flow Designer • Experience working in Agile delivery environments • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience mentoring other developers • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years experience • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Discovery • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • US Citizenship is required
