📋 Description

• Review patient schedules and coordinate pharmaceutical purchases for scheduled treatments • Verify vendor pricing, reconcile invoices, and resolve purchasing discrepancies • Monitor medication inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing waste • Lead monthly inventory counts and investigate inventory variances related to receiving, transfers, dispensing, and shipping • Monitor procurement system utilization and identify efficiency and accuracy improvements • Maintain documentation for invoice discrepancies, medication waste, shipping issues, and inventory variances • Prepare procurement and inventory reports • Monitor purchasing trends and rebate performance • Provide insights for operational and financial decision-making • Partner with regional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement issues • Support new clinic openings and uninterrupted medication availability • Recommend enhancements to procurement workflows, inventory controls, and purchasing processes • Maintain productivity, responsiveness, and data security while collaborating remotely

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain best practices • Experience with purchasing or inventory management systems • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build collaborative relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Understanding of pharmaceutical products, terminology, and procurement processes preferred • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required • Three or more years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, vendor management, customer service, or a related field • Experience supporting pharmaceutical procurement, healthcare supply chain operations, or inventory management preferred
