📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and determine direction for IT architecture, standards, design, and implementation approaches • Lead and perform architecture security reviews against information security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements • Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis to identify information security risks and vulnerabilities in complex IT and manufacturing applications and systems • Drive standardization and adoption of TOGAF cybersecurity building blocks • Provide cybersecurity guidance and support to IT and manufacturing solutions • Integrate application security principles into solution design, processes, and standards • Provide architectural and design guidance for enterprise-wide projects and strategic initiatives involving information security and privacy • Support development and infrastructure teams on complex application security designs and vulnerabilities • Define solution architecture consistent with Jabil methodology • Lead technical solutions for customers, project managers, domain architects, specialists, and application engineers • Consult with Enterprise Architects and Senior IT Architects • Assess alternative technical approaches and gain consensus • Ensure non-functional requirements including security, disaster recovery, availability, and performance are satisfied • Research technology and industry trends • Validate solutions through modeling or prototyping before implementation • Develop expertise in an architecture discipline • Mentor IT professionals • Develop project plans and influence project organization • Apply system sizing methodology and vet changes against scope, schedule, cost, and risk • Define delivery and deployment processes and production management tools • Identify organizational improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma or other methods • Perform root cause analysis and remediation actions • Contribute to Jabil intellectual property through patent development and submission • Define technical job content and qualifications for key technical infrastructure roles • Help assess and develop staff skill sets and resolve staffing knowledge gaps • Publish and present to customers, IT leaders, and business executives • Engage vendors and third parties as needed • Develop peer relationships with Senior IT Architects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Post-graduate degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems expected • Minimum 12 years of experience in a related discipline • Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience accepted • Knowledge and experience designing secure IT and Manufacturing applications and systems • Knowledge and experience in architecture risk reviews • Knowledge and experience adopting and standardizing TOGAF • Strong knowledge of threat modeling, including OWASP and MITRE • Understanding of architectural components and their interrelationships • Knowledge of software engineering and architectural principles and methods • Knowledge and experience identifying and mitigating cybersecurity gaps within internally developed LLM, GenAI, and Agentic AI models • Knowledge and experience performing risk assessments of LLM, GenAI, and Agentic AI models • Experience across Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Data Security, and Application Security • Strong understanding of secure software development practices and vulnerability detection, identification, and remediation • Strong understanding and experience with application vulnerabilities and remediation techniques • Knowledge and experience with compliance and application security standards and enterprise risk management methods • Solid presentation and written communication skills • Good judgment and ability to handle stressful situations • Team lead experience in application development • Knowledge and experience with one or more programming languages, such as Java or C# • Knowledge and experience with server-side technologies • Knowledge and experience with client-side technologies such as Node and Angular • Knowledge and experience working in an Agile methodology • Knowledge of SOA, REST, SOAP, API Management, ESB, and EIP integration patterns • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL • Knowledge of UML or ArchiMate • Knowledge of cloud technologies • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Preferred certifications include CCSP, CCSK, GCLD, GCSA, GWEB, GPCS, and GCPN • CISSP, CISA, CISM, Open CA, TOGAF 9 Foundation, and ArchiMate 3 Practitioner are preferred but not required
