📋 Description

• Process semimonthly U.S. payroll for wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments across multiple states in Workday • Prepare standard federal, state, and local tax filings, including Forms 941, 940, W-2, and W-3, for review • Reconcile tax liabilities against the general ledger • Research routine payroll tax notices and agency correspondence, escalating complex or novel issues • Support year-end processing, including W-2 preparation and reconciliation • Coordinate with in-country payroll providers for payroll processing outside the U.S. • Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned international payroll vendors and flag discrepancies before disbursement • Process and audit garnishments, levies, and voluntary deductions • Coordinate with HR, Legal, and Finance on multi-state and multi-country payroll matters • Use AI-powered tools and payroll technologies for validation and reconciliation, flagging anomalies • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of U.S. payroll processing experience (required) • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax rules, including FICA, FUTA, SUTA, and withholding (required) • Experience with a major payroll platform such as Workday, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Streamline/Celergo, or UKG (required) • Exposure to international payroll processes, ideally partnering with in-country payroll providers or Employers of Record (EORs) (preferred) • Experience partnering with One Source Virtual (OSV) or similar payroll service providers (preferred) • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables (required) • Comfort using AI-powered tools for payroll validation and reconciliation (preferred) • Bachelor's degree (preferred) • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered (required) • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or international payroll equivalent (preferred) • Participation in ongoing security training is mandatory • Must adhere to established security protocols and data protection practices • Must acknowledge the Jamf Code of Conduct and applicable security and privacy policies
