📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, product launches, and business priorities from planning through implementation • Own project outcomes, establish clear plans, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery against business objectives • Lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment, decision-making, and accountability across stakeholders • Build trusted relationships with leaders and partners to influence outcomes and achieve results without direct authority • Anticipate challenges, remove obstacles, and independently resolve issues to maintain momentum on critical initiatives • Drive customer engagement programs, advisory councils, and strategic partnership initiatives • Develop executive-ready communications, progress updates, and recommendations for leadership • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance execution, operational effectiveness, and customer experience • Serve as a trusted leader across Dealer Solutions and PTA stakeholders, influencing priorities and driving accountability for execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of program management, business operations, product launch, consulting, or cross-functional leadership experience • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives independently in a matrixed environment • Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive results without direct authority • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities • Track record of building trust and credibility across teams and leadership levels • Experience in automotive, dealer technology, SaaS, or B2B technology environments • Experience leading customer-facing programs, advisory boards, or strategic partnerships • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and product launches • Familiarity with operational excellence and change management principles • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results in a matrixed environment may be considered in lieu of formal education • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered • JD Power does not provide employment sponsorship for this position
