📋 Description

• Help customers manage their car, home, motorcycle, and other insurance needs • Take excellent care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for policies and policyholders needing changes • Build deep knowledge of insurance products and carrier options • Navigate and explain the Jerry.ai app • Solve problems and remove barriers to the right coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience • Determine sales or service path through the interview process

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time employees must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for salaried employees; AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for hourly employees • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Valid P&C license status requested; license can be obtained with employer support
