📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers • Process service requests, including adding or removing vehicles and drivers • Add lienholder information • Send policy documents • Answer questions about existing insurance policies, coverages, and policy benefits • Make changes to existing policies • Retain Jerry policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation • Support customers with policies from Jerry’s 55+ insurance carrier partners

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities • Passion for helping others • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment • Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • P&C license status is requested; the company will pay for the license after starting • Full-time employment
