📋 Description

• Embed within a core business area: growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business questions and the decisions they should inform • Challenge flawed questions before analysis • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface insights that improve key metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the recommended next steps • Drive initiatives through execution and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
