📋 Description

• Build and run the partnerships pipeline for Jerry's new product lines • Manage partnerships from initial outreach through signed agreement and successful onboarding • Lead insurance carrier and partner conversations independently • Qualify partner fit and understand partner needs • Structure value propositions and creative deal arrangements • Run partnership processes through closing • Own partner success after closing, ensuring partners ramp, remain engaged, and develop into long-term relationships • Contribute partner insights to vertical strategy and new product decisions • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, legal, finance, and executive leadership • Report directly to the Vice President of Partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting • Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Experience building 0-to-1, such as launching a new partnership category, entering a new market, or building a BD function without an inherited model • Background combining at least two of consulting or structured problem-solving, BD or sales execution, and early-stage startup operating experience • Ability to engage senior external stakeholders and navigate large partner organizations independently • Strong written and verbal communication • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
