📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from customers who have started their insurance search in the app • Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies and identify an option fitting their budget • Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions that build confidence • Help customers finalize new insurance policies during the call • Explain insurance options in clear, accessible terms • Manage multiple tasks and screens while maintaining friendly customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a high-standard retail environment such as Apple, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Lululemon, Disney, or Costco • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to stay upbeat throughout the day • Comfort using a computer and navigating different screens while speaking with customers • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for this full-time hourly role • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license; the company pays for training and the exam • A valid P&C license is requested in the application form
