📋 Description

• Connect with customers who started their search in the app through inbound phone interactions • Build trust and actively engage customers • Uncover policy nuances, hidden discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options • Provide tailored insurance advice and explain complex coverage clearly • Listen to customer hesitations and resolve concerns empathetically • Help customers finalize their ideal insurance policy on the spot • Deliver a warm, personal, and effortless customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a high-standard retail, hospitality, or experience-driven environment • Background in premier retail or customer-service environments such as Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco • Upbeat attitude and strong active listening skills • Ability to connect naturally with people • Comfort navigating internal tools and insurance platforms • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to translate complex insurance details into clear choices • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this hourly role • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required • Valid P&C license status requested on the application
