📋 Description

• Connect with customers who started their insurance search in Jerry’s app via phone • Build trust and actively engage inbound shoppers • Explain policy nuances, hidden discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options • Provide tailored insurance advice and help customers find suitable protection within budget • Listen to hesitations and resolve customer concerns empathetically • Help customers finalize and purchase their ideal insurance policy on the spot • Maintain a warm, positive, and effortless customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a high-standard retail, hospitality, or experience-driven environment • Background in premier retail or customer-service environments such as Apple, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco • Strong active listening and empathetic communication skills • Upbeat attitude and ability to connect naturally with people • Comfort navigating internal tools and insurance platforms while multitasking • Ability to explain complex insurance details clearly • Ability to work full-time • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for hourly employees • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must answer whether a valid P&C license is held; licensing can be funded by the employer
