📋 Description

• Manage a Utah, Idaho and Montana territory toward sales goals • Establish self-directed sales coverage with manager’s assistance • Represent 3M products and services to distributors, graphic manufacturers and brand owners • Demonstrate and train external customers on product knowledge, applications, systems and procedures • Provide guidance to accounts, prospects and peers through direction and leadership • Drive a company vehicle, subject to pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history review • Travel up to 50% may be required • Comply with corporate policies, procedures and security standards • Follow safety policies, identify hazards and contribute to continuous EHS improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution • Current, valid driver’s license • Three years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Experience selling through distribution • Branding and graphics experience • Good presentation skills • Strong computer skills including Salesforce and MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word • Ability to demonstrate product in front of many people • Self-starter/self-directed with high energy and passion • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Must provide education and work history in the application
