📋 Description

• Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process • Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies • Listen to customer concerns and provide suitable solutions • Help customers finalize insurance policies • Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer experiences • Handle multiple tasks using company-provided tools and technology

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service background, especially experience at top-tier retailers or service companies • Friendly, hard-working, ambitious, and highly service-oriented • Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment while handling multiple tasks • Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Full-time hourly employees must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • P&C license application question included in the application
