📋 Description

• Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process • Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies and find coverage matching their budget • Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions • Help customers finalize new insurance policies • Deliver an exceptional, service-oriented customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service background, especially experience at a top-tier customer-service employer • Friendly, hard-working, highly service-oriented approach • Ability to create a welcoming customer experience and go above and beyond • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment • Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly demeanor • Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance • Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this full-time hourly role
