📋 Description

• Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process • Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies and select an affordable option • Listen to customer concerns and resolve problems • Help customers finalize policies during the interaction • Provide highly hospitable, service-oriented customer experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service background, including experience at top-tier retailers/service companies such as Apple Store, Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco • Customer-service-oriented and able to provide exceptional hospitality • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment while handling multiple tasks • Must complete paid training and pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship requirements are assessed • Valid P&C license status is requested in the application
